Auction will be conducted via online bidding; buyers may bid on a single lot, the Pontoon or combinations of the package. The wooded and open lots sit directly adjacent to the highest point in Lake Buckhorn and will a little work have an excellent view of the majority of the lake. If purchased together the lots have a preliminary septic approval, subject to final county approval. The lots will sell subject to all Lake Buckhorn covenants and assessments. As package with the pontoon this is an excellent opportunity to be enjoying the lake before the season ends.
The pontoon is a 2000 Fisher 200DLX, 20’, with canopy, live well, and a 90 horsepower Mercury outboard, it also includes a 2010 Hoosier trailer. The boat is in good running order.
